Technical features of paperboard cups
✅ Pulp-based cup paperboard – which can use water dispersion or plastic coating
✅ If water dispersion coated paperboard is used, the cups are compostable according to EN 13432 standard, however the cups are recommended to be recycled as paperboard fraction, whereby their fiber material circulates into new products multiple times.
✅ Plastic-coated cups are also recycled as paperboard fraction
✅ Digital printing – Digital printing reduces waste amount and achieves photographic precision print quality and the printing method enables printing of variable images and data
