FlowPap® and FlowPap® Top
Paper laminates are typically manufactured from pure food-grade paper grades as well as from thin film or coating layers required by the packaged product and packaging automation. A wide range of other materials can be combined into the solution and it can be delivered with individually designed windows. Special paper and cardboard laminates are even suitable for thermoforming as bottom web material for example for cold cuts, cheeses and fish. The appearance can be customized with high-quality printing. Paper laminates are widely used for packaging various food products and other small products.
FlowPap® Top is a paper-based top web laminate that is suitable for sealing various containers and trays. FlowPap® Top top paper laminate combined with our innovative FormPap bottom web material forms a very attractive and natural-feeling complete packaging solution.
Formpap
The reborn FormPap is a fiber-plastic laminate for food packaging. The innovative packaging solution took its first steps already in the latter half of the last decade as a specialty deviating from the mainstream. FormPap has from the beginning been a thermoformable fiber-based packaging solution that communicates responsibility and naturalness in both feel and appearance. It also helps create ecological packaging even for demanding products, while material recycling is easy and requires little space compared to conventional solutions.
The latest additions to the FormPap product family enable the formation of particularly rigid and sturdy packages. The product can also be manufactured from FSC-certified fiber and at best the fiber content of the packaging material can reach up to 90 percent. The product is indeed suitable for recycling in cardboard collection.
Christmas Papers and Gift Wrapping Papers
At Pyroll Packaging, thousands of kilometers of gift papers are manufactured annually. Pyroll Packaging indeed has decades of experience in manufacturing various Christmas papers and gift wrapping papers.
Through us you can get your christmas and gift wrapping papers with your own illustrations. Gift papers are available as retail rolls in three different widths: 57 cm, 70 cm and 114 cm. The selection also includes smaller 2, 5 and 10 meter long rolls. You can choose either white or brown colored paper as the material.
Paper Bio-Waste Bags
Paper compost bags are well suited for household compostable waste collection. Compost bags are made from strong, unbleached kraft paper and printed with water-based inks. Pyroll’s own KOMpussi size is 310 x 220 x 120 mm. You can also get KOMpussi customized with your own dimensions and printing.
Interleaf Papers
Grease-resistant interleaf sheets ensure that sliced cheeses and cold cuts remain loose, clean and easy to handle – both on the packaging line and in end use. Ask your account manager for more information.
